Dear Essex County Council,

Other councils appear to provide breaks/holidays for carers, which
department organises these breaks for carers in Essex. How does one
apply for these?

If no breaks are available, why is this, has this situation always
existed?

Has Essex County Council EVER received funding from whatever source
(please list) for breaks/holidays for carers?

If funding from any source has been obtained, where did the money
go.

Are you aware of any organisation which provides funding for
breaks/holidays for carers?

Who is responsible for the health and wellbeing of carers living in
Essex?
