Dear Sir or Madam,
I am seeking data on road accidents for the past 7 years, ideally
for each person injured/killed I would like to know the date/time
of the accident; the location of the accident (post code?); whether
the person was a driver, passenger, pedestrian, motor-cyclist,
cyclist, (or other); whether the person was killed or injured; what
the speed limit was at the accident location; the speed of impact
of the accident; and any information on extenuating circumstances -
such as whether drink, drugs or tiredness was involved
Yours faithfully,
Paul Perrin
