Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to know whether it is possible to remove a tag or
otherwise interfere with it to the extent that the person subject
to a bail or licence condition to wear one may be able to break
their curfew without the tag supervising body knowing about it.
Have there been any cases in which this has occurred.
