Dear Foreign and Commonwealth Office,

FOIA request

I ask to be provided all information relating to the investigation
of the above incident to include, but not be restricted to, all
reports to / from the UK or Brazilian authorities in respect of the
incident. The information should extend to the initial
notifications, the issue of any formal correspondence and all
events subsequent to the original incident in May 2008, to include
all reports following the attempts to locate the whereabouts of the
subject plane and the recent exchanges concerning the alleged
withholding / ransom of data by a fisherman and / or his lawyer.
For your ease of locating the data, I understand the issue is being
