"In the financial year 2008/09, Leeds City Council spent £76,600 on bottled water. This represents a significant reduction on the level of expenditure incurred in previous years and reflects the impact of the Council’s efforts to minimise its consumption of bottled water, wherever practical. "

This is shocking. The country can't afford this public sector extravagance and lunacy. It has to stop.
