Dear Sir,
Please can you advise the total amount of money that has been spent

incorporate the new Borough logo.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Matthew
Re: Request for Information
Thank you for your request which we received on the 16^th July 2009.
I can confirm that Eastleigh Borough Council does not hold the information
requested.
The Council's old boundary signs were erected in 1988 and needed replacing
as many were rusty and three were missing due to road traffic accidents.
The Council waited until the new logo had been agreed before replacing the
signs. New road signs were replaced at twenty five locations including the
three sites where no signs were present. The cost of erecting the new
signs including materials and labour costs was -L-6257.12. Each site
consisted of three signs on two posts.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further enquiries
regarding your request.

Dear Sean,
Thank you for the reply but this is not the infomation I require. I
asked for Street Name Signs, not Boundary Signs.
Please could you supply the correct infomation.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Matthew
Re: Request for Information
Thank you for your request which we received on the 16th July 2009.
I can confirm that Eastleigh Borough Council does hold the information
requested.
The Council first incorporated its original style Eastleigh Borough
Council `green logo' onto street nameplates in September 2006.
In June 2008 this was changed to the new style logo and in August 2008 the
size of the new logo was slightly altered to make it more visible.
None of the original road signs displaying the old style logo have been
replaced with the new style logo except for those which have been damaged
in traffic incidents or significantly vandalised beyond repair.
To date, since June 2008 Eastleigh Borough Council has provided and
installed 512 (anti-vandal) street signs containing the new style logo at
a cost of about £79,500. This meant the average cost per sign including
production and labour was £155.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further enquiries
regarding your request.
