Dear Sir or Madam,
I am requesting copies of all bore hole testing (and any other
geological testing) reports which have taken place in the g32 area
over the last 20 years. Shettleston housing association may
currently hold this information.
I would also like to request copies of funding applications from
Shettleston housing association to Scottish government bodies with
regard to the cost of groundwork stabilisation in this area.
Yours faithfully,
Jacqueline Arnold

Dear Ms Arnold
This email has been sent to you at the above address on the assumption
that this is the correct address for a response.
You sent a Freedom of Information request to GHA regarding borehole
testing in the G32 postcode area and they in turn forwarded it to
ourselves as it clearly refers to us and not them. Shettleston HA and GHA
are wholly separate organizations. I have been on annual leave and am
only now picking up my emails.
I have to make clear at the outset that Housing Associations are not
subject to the Freedom of Information legislation so to that extent I
cannot help you.
We would however be very happy to respond to a more specific request
and/or to meet with you to discuss any specific concerns you may have.
The wider Shettleston area has been the subject of a number of bore hole
tests in the past as this is an area of historic mine workings. The most
high profile over the last 10 years or more relates to the Springboig area
but I am not clear that this is the subject of your concern.
If you wish to discuss the matter further please don't hesitate to contact
me. The phone number is 763 0511.
