Bonus Payments from April 07 to June 09

Jane Graham made this Freedom of Information request to National Policing Improvement Agency

The request was successful.

From: Jane Graham

21 July 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

I wish to be supplied, under the freedom of information act,
details of all bonus payments made to all staff on the NPIA payroll
from 1 April 07 to 30 June 09.

For the purpose of this request I would like to clarify that a
bonus payment is a payment over and above normal monthly salary
costs and doesn't just relate to payments made under your 'bonus'
code on any payroll systems. It should also include any payments
made under 'basic pay' which could have been used in error for the
payment.

Also for the purpose of this request, I don't wish to see names of
staff (employee1, emplyee2 will sacrifice) but it should be shown
if the payments were made to Director or above and staff and when
the payment was made. i.e.
Employee1 General Staff £100 May 09
Employee1 General Staff £50 April 08
Employee2 Director/CEO £100 April 09

I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,

Jane Graham
(Mrs)
