I write regarding your freedom of information request which has now been
considered.

The Council does not have the power to pay bonus' to Councillors.

The amount of allowances and expenses paid to all Councillors for each of
the past three years is attached.

I also attach a list of Councillors, including their political party, for
your information.

Dear Mr Jones,

Your original request asked for the bonus paid to each Westminster City
Conservative Councillor, and if this was not available the amount of
allowances that each Conservative Councillor received in the last 3 years.

As stated in response to your request, the Council does not have the power
to pay bonuses to Councillors, and the allowances were therefore given as
requested.

You also requested the expenses paid to each Conservative Councillor
during the last three financial years. Allowances and expenses are
published in the same document, with expenses recorded in the final
column. Please see attached. No other expenses are payable.
