Dear Sir or Madam,
What was the total cost of the 2008 Bonn Square re-development
scheme? Please provide a breakdown of money paid to the architect,
to the various contractors, and the cost of work done by Oxford
City Council staff.
How much of the total cost came directly from the City Council?
What other bodies supplied funding and how much did they provide?
Many thanks.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Brewer

Dear Mr. Brewer,
Thank you for your enquiry under the Freedom of Information Act. I have set out the answers to your individual questions below:
What was the total cost of the 2008 Bonn Square re-development scheme?
As yet, the final costs have not been precisely calculated, as we are still in discussion with our contractor and our consultants. At this stage I cannot say exactly when these discussions will be concluded, but, if it assists, our current estimation of the final total cost is a figure in the vicinity of £2m.
Please provide a breakdown of money paid to the architect, to the various contractors, and the cost of work done by Oxford City Council staff.
Please see above answer. Until we have calculated the final costs, I cannot break them down as you require.
How much of the total cost came directly from the City Council?
Please see above answer.
What other bodies supplied funding and how much did they provide?
For details of other funders, please refer to the Executive Board report available at
http://www.oxford.gov.uk/files/meetingdo...

Dear Mr. Hughes,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I understand that much of the
information I requested is not yet available. I will enquire again
later.
The Executive Board report you provided a link to was most
interesting. However, this indicated the anticipated source of
funds, I am interested in where the funds actually did come from. I
will enquire again at a later date.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Brewer
