Boleyn Road CCTV enforecment

Jason Hillier made this Freedom of Information request to Hackney Borough Council

Waiting for an internal review by Hackney Borough Council of their handling of this request.

From: Jason Hillier

19 April 2011

Dear Hackney Borough Council,

Please supply me with the following details

Please provide evidence of parking dispensation that allows you to
park a Hackney CCTV enforcement vehicle on the west side of Boleyn
Road. This is a boundary road and your CCTV vehicle regularly parks
within the jurisdiction of Islington Borough Council.

As this CCTV vehicle is located outside of the Borough`s
jurisdiction whilst filming at this location, under what
legislation does it operate under?

How long has CCTV vehicle enforcement taken place at this location?

How many PCNs have been issued at this location during this period?

Please provide the Traffic Management Order for this location.

Yours faithfully,

Jason Hillier

Dear Fernando Filho,

Thank you for your reply. It is an incomplete response though and
to assist I asked for the following information.

"As this CCTV vehicle is located outside of the Borough`s
jurisdiction whilst filming at this location, under what
legislation does it operate under?

How long has CCTV vehicle enforcement taken place at this location?

How many PCNs have been issued at this location during this period?

Please provide the Traffic Management Order for this location."

You have only supplied the TMO but not the other information. Is
there a reason for this? If so, please explain? If this was merely
an oversight please provide the details I originally requested on
19th April 2011 as a matter of urgency now has the FOI is now 1
month old.

Yours sincerely,

Jason Hillier

Dear Hackney Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hackney Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Boleyn Road CCTV
enforecment'.

On 19th April 2011 I asked....

How long has CCTV vehicle enforcement taken place at this location?

How many PCNs have been issued at this location during this period?

Please provide the Traffic Management Order for this location.

On 18th May 2011 I received a reply merely supplying the TMO for
this location. On 18th May I pointed out the missing information in
the reply and to date, I have not received the information.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Jason Hillier
