Board Papers - February and March 2011

The request was successful.

Dear Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Probation Trust,

Could you please release a copy of the agenda and reports for the trust's board meetings on the 28th February 2011 and 28th March 2011.

If the papers for the March meeting are yet to be circulated, I would be happy to wait and receive them when they are distributed to board members.

I would like to suggest board papers are routinely proactively published on the trust's website in the future.

Dear Mr Taylor,

You recently received a copy of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough

March 2011 board meetings.
It has been brought to my attention that one of the reports within the

I respectfully ask that agenda item 16 - Communications update be removed
from the "whatdotheyknow.com" website.
The publication of this type of sensitive information you will I am sure
appreciate  may bring unnecessary distress and a raised risk of harm to
named individuals and / or those individuals connected to them.

The constabulary have been informed of this breach in data security so
that measures can be taken to ensure the safety of the named individuals.
actions I can assure you have been taken to ensure this error is not
repeated in the future

Your cooperation in this request is appreciated and I look forward to
hearing from you confirming the removal of this information at the
earliest opportunity.

Thanks in anticipation
