Our response is as follows:
Our Corporate Office is currently undertaking a review of what will be
included in a revised and harmonised Skills Development Scotland (SDS)
publication scheme. In doing this we will be taking into consideration:
information which we currently publish and/or has been published
previously in line with legacy publication scheme arrangements; new
publication requirements under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act
2010; previous requests to SDS under section 1 of FOISA; general requests
for information received since SDS's establishment; suggestions, comments
and complaints to SDS that may indicate information which we should
publish in the public interest.
We are liaising with the office of the Information Commissioner to have
our publication scheme approved and placed on our website by the end of
November this year, subject to required approval having been obtained.
Board minutes and papers will also be published on our website, excepting
information exempted under the terms of FOISA. We expect to provide the
information you have requested related to our board in advance of
publishing our overall publication scheme. We will advise you shortly of
the planned date of publication and will provide you with a link to the
relevant section of our website.
