The attached instruments and articles hopefully should clarify the composition of the Corporation. The membership reflects the instruments and articles relevant at the time but Governors in place stay on until the end of their term of office, even if he category of their appointment has been removed in the latest I&A (see transitional arrangements in I&A).

The present determination is 16 : 10 Governors, 1 Parent Governor, 2 Student Governors, 2 Staff Governors and the Principal (who at this College has chosen to be a Governor, as allowed for in the I&A). At any one time there can be vacancies whilst an election process takes place, or due process for appointment through Search & Governance Committee then Corporation. Information about governance and membership can be found on the College website.
