reports, sub committee minutes and other documents mentioned in the
minutes of the board meeting held on the 20th May 2010 unless
published with the minutes.

Please also provide a copy of the minutes unless they are published
within three weeks of the date of the meeting.

May I take this opportunity of reminding you that my request for
information concerning your January board meeting and my request
for review concerning your March board meeting are still
outstanding.

I understand that you have requested the following information:

1. Please provide, via whatdotheyknow.com, a copy of all reports, sub
committee minutes and other documents mentioned in theminutes of the board
meeting held on the 20th May 2010 unless published with the minutes

2. Please also provide a copy of the minutes unless they are published
within three weeks of the date of the meeting.

I am pleased to inform you that once we have confirmed the extent to which
the regulations permit the release of the information which you have
requested a response will be sent within a 20 working day timescale from
the date we received your request.

Dear Mr Richards

Further to my correspondence with you of 7th June 2010 I am responding to
your request for all documents regarding:

A copy of all reports, sub committee minutes and other documents
mentioned in the minutes of the board meeting held on the 20th May 2010
unless published with the minutes.

Please see the PDF documents attached, the documents were presented to the
Board at the Board meeting of the 20th May 2010. They include the Finance
Board Report, Corporate Service's Report, Regeneration Report, Operations
Board Report, Technical Director's Report, Technical Board Report,
Scotland Board Report, Marketing Board Report, Property Report, Property
Committee Minutes, and Olympic Report.

The redactions made to the attached documents are made on the grounds of
commercial confidentiality.

The Board minutes and Chief Executive Report have been published on the BW
website.

If we haven't reasonably met your expectations in relation to a request
for information or you believe we may not have acted in accordance with

information requested as it was not attached to the reply.
