Dear Karen Holmes,

I refer to your acknowledgement, dated 23 April, of my request
concerning the Board Members' Handbook. In it you said that you
would respond to my request "in due course"; but that period has
now expired.

I had expected your reply to be prompt, but in any event given no
later than 20 May 2009. I am sure that you recognise, if you have
not already replied, you may be breaking the law.

I look forward to hearing from you in answer to my request for
information.

Thank you for your request. I do apologise for the delay in responding.

Please find attached a copy of the Board Member's handbook. The
information is updated as and when the information changes within it. I
am afraid I do not have a list of when each amendment has taken place.

Dear Karen Holmes,

Thank you for sending me this information. Unfortunately italicised
text appears corrupted: I cannot, for instance, read the last
paragraph of section 5.4, after "Respect". Nor do I find the
Appendices referred to in the text.

May I please have this information which has been omitted from your
reply?
