Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of HM Revenue &
Customs's handling of my FOI request 'BN66 2008 - Minutes of
meetings Oct to Dec 2007'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/bn...
I am requesting an Internal Review because, by not responding by
the 24th September 2009 or requesting extra time, HMRC have broken
the law.
I sent you a reminder on 28th September which you also failed to
act upon.
Yours faithfully,
Nigel Jagger
