From: Frankie Roberto
30 January 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
I'd like to know whether Manchester City Council has any
information available about the blue (and red/black) scheme that
has operated in the city in the past.
In particular, I'd like to have a list of all the plaques that were
erected, including who they commemorated, where they are located,
and when they were placed.
I'd also like any information, correspondence or meeting minutes
about the scheme and whether it still operates, and if not why not.
Yours faithfully,
Frankie Roberto
