Dear Ealing Borough Council,
I am writing to ask for the full eligibility criteria and the
guidance that staff use when taking decisions to award a blue badge
to a resident.
Furthermore I am making an information request for full disclosure
of how many badges have been applied for in the current financial
year and the grounds for awards and refusals in line the Freedom of
Information Act.

Dear Ealing Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Ealing Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Blue Badge Scheme'.
I asked for the guidelines used to make decisions when assessing
applications for a blue badge. I was sent a leaflet that was
produced to advise the public how to apply for a blue badge. This
is not the information I requested and suggests that there are no
guidelines used. If this is the case I would like to know.
