Dear Stockton on Tees Council,
In May 2010 Jane Humphreys, Corporate Director of Children
Education and Social Care imposed a block on my email address as I
refused to accept that the Council had fully investigated concerns
I raised about Hadrian Park Care Home in Billingham. In September
2010 Ged Morton, Law and Democracy wrote to me telling me that I
was vexatious. In view of the 5 Care Quality Commission inspections
that were carried out at Hadrian Park between June 2010 and
February 2011 and the six page warning letter that was sent to the
home where they failed to meet eight of the essential standards, I
am now wondering if the block on my email address will be removed.
Jane Humphreys also threatened to show my emails to the police. My
emails were concerns about the medication at the home and the
unsuitable staff. Two of the breaches were relating to the
administration of medication and the failure to check the fitness
of workers employed at the home.
Yours faithfully,
m sowerby
