Dear Sir or Madam,

I am enquiring about the above debt collection agency which I
understand is a subsidury company of the Bank of Scotland. I have
personally submitted a complaint regarding the company and its
pursuit of me for a debt that it subsequently wrote off. When I
contacted yourselves regarding the matter your correspondent said
that my matter would be investigated. My query is such, how many
complaints have you received regarding the behaviour of the
company, how many have you investigated and what are the outcomes
of these investigations?
