Birth Certificate As Pledge Of Future Labour
Chris made this Freedom of Information request to Her Majesty’s Treasury
The request was refused by Her Majesty’s Treasury.
From: Chris
16 February 2011
Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
I have come to understand that the birth certificate represents a
pledge of future human labour and that off of this pledge the
government borrows money and that no money would come into
circulation if weren't for this pledge of labour as evidenced by
the birth certificate which is a kind of warehous receipt for the
live record of birth.
Is this true?
Yours faithfully,
Chris

The Freedom of Information Act provides a right of access to recorded information. What you are seeking, rather, is confirmation of a hypothesis, which requires us to interpret your understanding side by side with any relevant legislation and records. We judge this is not a valid request under the Act.
I want to be helpful, however. Your request seems similar in substance to a number of others we receive, many of which you can probably find on this website using search terms such as 'birth certificate' or 'live birth trust'. You should see that we have consistently denied there is any basis for this hypothesis. I often refer enquirers to the following notice from the US Treasury, because such thinking seems to have originated in the US - http://www.treasurydirect.gov/instit/sta...
I hope that is helpful. If you think this reply does not properly address your enquiry, you may complain by replying to this email.
