From: Andy

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
It has been brought to my attention that there is in existance some
type of Redemption fund/Annuity Account/consolidation account/Birth
Bond/Trust or other such provision raised against the
birth/Registration of the citizens of the UK or indeed the EU based
upon either the NI Number or Birth Certificate Number or some such
other identification.
It is my understanding that this provision acts as the security (or
Bond/Trust etc.)for the utilisation of the 'Fractional Reserve
Banking' process and essentially insures against any potential loss
or cost to the UK or EU for the lifetime of the 'Legal Fiction
Person' registered, based upon their potential income from their
sweat labour.
I already posess evidence from you of the nature of the fiat
currency utilised by the UK and EU thus confirming the existance of
the 'Fractional Reserve Banking' process and therefore I would
request:
a) The name and nature of such a utility, provision, trust,
annuity, insurance policy, escrow account, bond, redemption fund,
consolidation account, or such other same, similar, different or
related entity.
b) The location of this provision/Item and its title wherever
located, whether within or without of the UK, EU, Province, State,
Principality, Land, Country or City.
c) The Itemised process for accessing this facility as utilised by
the financial industry either within or without of the UK or EU for
the purposes of Loans, Mortgages etc.
d) The itemised process for redeeming Accepted for Value payments
made by others or the Legal Fiction Person against this provision,
either by payment, off setting or any such other means.
e) The process by which bills, debts, charges etc can be liquidated
aginst this provision.
f) The purpose and nature of the need for this information to have
been witheld from the public if the provision exists.
g) The name of the Custodian/Fudiciary of the provision.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew: of the family Lowe
