Thank you for your request for information about licenses issued to the
RSPB to use poison to control gulls which we received on 17 August 2010.

Your request has been considered under the Environmental Information

I have contacted our licensing team and they have confirmed they have not
issued any licenses to the RSPB to use poison to control Gulls.

The link below will take you to the appropriate webpage which gives the
contact details of the two agencies who issue licenses to control birds in
Scotland.  I hope it is helpful.
