23 March 2012
Dear Ms Banaghan,
On 19 January I sent the Ministry of Justice an FOI request for
information about the fingerprint-based biometric system installed
at HMP/YOI Isis (your ref: FOI/74497).
On 24th February you wrote to me saying that you were invoking FOIA
section 10(3) to extend the statutory 20-working-day time limit for
your response, but planned to respond by 16th March 2012.
That date is now a week in the past, and 45 working days have
passed since I submitted my request. Please can you let me know
when I will receive this information? Thanks.
Yours Sincerely,
Andrew Watson
