Dear Basildon District Council,
Please can you provide me with all information relating to
commercial rates for properties located on Billericay High Street.
I primarily want to know how the rates are set, what guidance there
is for landlords on this rate and if the council plans to reduce
the rate.
Yours faithfully,
David Chilvers
