Thank you for your request for information.
All amendments tabled to bills are published by The Stationery Office
and also made available (for the current Parliamentary session) on the
web at http://services.parliament.uk/bills/
All debates on amendments (whether in the Chamber or Grand Committee)
are published in Hansard, which indicates the fate of the amendment in
each case. Lords Hansard for sittings since 16 November 1994 is also
available on the web at
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa...
Information prior to 16 November 1994 is available from reference and
university libraries with bound volumes of Hansard. The volumes contain
marshalled lists of amendments for each bill. It would then be a matter
of going through each bill for the period since Lord Taylor of Blackburn
became a Member of the House of Lords to identify any amendments tabled
by Lord Taylor.
Another option is http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/lords....
Although the site is not yet quite complete you may find it helpful as
you can search it in a number of ways including by name.
As such, this information is reasonably accessible to you by other means
and therefore exempt information under section 21 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

You may, if dissatisfied with the treatment of your request for
information, ask the House of Lords to conduct an internal review.
Requests for an internal review should be addressed to
[email address] or to the Freedom of Information Officer, House
of Lords, London SW1A 0PW. Arrangements would then be made for someone
who has not been involved in dealing with your request to conduct an
internal review within 20 working days.
If, following such a review, you remained dissatisfied with the House's
treatment of your request for information, you may then take your
complaint to the Information Commissioner at Wycliffe House, Water Lane,
Wilmslow, Cheshire SK6 5AF.
I hope the advice and assistance provided is helpful.
