Request for Information (Reference 11/FOI/3552)

June 2011 concerning the "Big Community Offer" business case criteria.
Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in
response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The
criteria on which the business cases are being assessed is available on
Gloucestershire County Council's website at:

foot of this page is the Business Case template which groups were asked to
complete, along with accompanying guidance, which effectively form the
criteria.
This email therefore acts as a refusal notice under section 17 of the FoIA
as all of the information you have requested is exempt from disclosure.
If you feel that we have failed to comply with the FoIA in relation to
this request, you may make a complaint or request an internal review by
writing back within 40 working days of the date of receipt of this email,
and sending us any supporting evidence which you think supports your
