Dear Essex County Council,
I would like to request the following:
1) The locations of any Automatic Cycle Counters in Colchester, and
the data (number of bicycles counted) collected for the past twelve
months (from 03/01/11 onwards). Please provide such data in the
maximum available temporal resolution, i.e. counts per hour or per
day, instead of monthly or yearly aggregates.
2) The locations of any manual cycle counts that have taken place
in Colchester in the past twelve months and the data collected. As
above, please provide the data in the maximum available temporal
resolution.
Yours faithfully,
Malcolm Mitchell
