Dear Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust (PCT),
1]Could you tell me when when the trust started using the toolkit
and began implementing the programe in Cornwall?

2]Who is the team leader or organizer of the system in Cornwall and
who is monitoring the progress?Please supply names and teams

3]Is the Green light programme also being used to monitor access to
other services apart from mental health?

4]Are GP practices aware of Green light?

5]Does Green light partner or is involved in the HAP checks?
6]Please could you supply as much information as possible including
training for staff
