Dear Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England,
1)Please let me have a copy of the lease for the "Victorian
Cottage" situated within the grounds of Berkhamsted Castle, which
is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall and which is managed under a
statutory Guardianship by English Heritage, per Simon Tuurley's
letter to me dated the 12th of July, 2010,ref BS4799B.
2) A copy of any relevent papers relating to the decision to grant
the current tennancy by English Heritage and the Duchy of Cornwall
as reffered to in the above letter to the current tennant.
3) Please provide a copy of the tennancy agreement reffered to.
4) A copy of the "Key-keeper Agreement" reffered to above.
5) A plan of the cottage, detailing number of bedrooms, toilets,
facilties, car parking etc etc.
6) Copies of all correspondence between English Heritage/the Duchy
of Cornwall and the tennants/tennants regarding this lease.
7) The sum paid per month by the tennant for this property.
