1. How many drug addicts who are on methadone are prescribed
benzodiazepines in north east Lincolnshire?

2. How many of the methadone addicts use daily scripts for
benzodiazepines.

3. How many methadone addicts are on 30mgs a day benzodiazepines.

4. How many methadone addicts are on over 30 mgs a day of
benzodiazepines

5. How many methadone addicts have been prescribed benzodiazepines
for more than 6 months

numbers that has been requested.

Dear Mr Rymer
Please be advised that we have enacted our review process as requested.
Following a detailed review of your request I can advise you that there
is no change to our original response. To clarify this we are saying
that the data you have requested is held by us within individual patient
records but that a centralised total of it is not held. In order to get
that total figure we would need to access all the records of all
patients which cannot be justified.

You are advised that if you wish to appeal this further this is the link
