Dear Sir/Madam,
Please can you provide the monthly number of Prescription Items
Dispensed, Net Ingredient Cost, Quantity and actual prescribing
costs for the attached list of Benzodiazepine's including 'Z'-drugs
for each primary care trust in the past 2 years.
I would also be interested in a breakdown by ethnicity for each PCT
if that is within your capability.
I am happy to have the above information provided to me in
electronic format (Either an excel sheet, word file or .pdf)
I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response
within 20 working days of your receipt of this letter. I would be
grateful if you could confirm in writing/email that you have
received this request. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely
Mr. S. Bartle
