Benzodiazepine and Ethnicity

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000/
Freedom of Information Act (Scotland) 2002.

I am currently undertaking research into Benzodiazepine use and
Ethnicity so Attached for your reference in the appendix of this
email is a list of the Benzodiazepines including 'Z'-drugs I am
interested in by chemical name and their brand name.

So please can you send me the following information:

The prescription information which you have pertaining to each drug
and corresponding to the ethnicity of the patient.

nb: However the data is stored, as most recent at a minimum
possible for at least information from the last 2 years.

I would like information from your electronic database
And also any data you may have uploaded to NDTMS.

I am happy to have the above information provided to me in
electronic format (Either an excel sheet, word file or .pdf)

I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response
within 20 working days of your receipt of this letter. I would be
grateful if you could confirm in writing/email that you have
received this request. I look forward to hearing from you.
