Dear Sutton Borough Council,

During 2010/11 you entered into a program to move and renew the
"Childrens Play Area" within Benhill Recreation Park. This play
area is adjacent to the rear of Florian Avenue and Parkhurst
Crescent.

Would you kindly advise the following:

1. When the consultation period with local residents was entered
into?

2. How the local residents were informed?
(please provide any correspondance sent out to local residents)

3. The actual work start/end dates?

4. The total cost for materials?

5. The total cost for the whole project?
