Dear Manchester City Council,
In issue 18 of ‘The Revenues and Benefits Unit Update’ (page 9,
‘Managing the benefits caseload’) it states that “at present, the
main areas of focus include… performance management of teams and
individuals…”.
Please provide copies of the documents detailing the performance
expectations of management, for example, the amount of work
expected per day, the accuracy expected and if applicable, how
underperformance will be addressed.
