How many reports of suspected benefit theft does the department
recieve in a typical month? Of those, how many are (a)
substantiated?, (b) unsubstantiated?; Of those that are
unsubstantiated, how many are suspected of being of malicious
intent?; Of those suspected of being of malicious intent, how many
people have action taken against them for making a malicious
report?
