I made the below linked FoI request in August 2010

Since your response I understand that there has been considerable
discussion/negotiation between yourselves and Nottingham City
Council regarding the final amount of subsidy overclaimed.
Please will you send me any further correspondence between you and
NCC on this matter since the above response. Please will you also
provide details of the final decision on this matter, if that is
not made clear within that correspondence, with regard to the final
figure for the overclaim and the amount that NCC has had to pay
back, if any.

However, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but the links to
the PDF docs in your letter don't seem to be working. I am using
Open Office as opposed to MS Word which may be part of the problem.
