Dear Mr Cameron

Thank you for your request for information regarding Wayne Airey.

Unfortunately South Somerset District Council is unable to comply with
this request because the nature of this information is considered 'third
party data'.

Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act prohibits disclosure of
information held about a third party, in this case Mr Airey, that would be
subject to the Data Protection Act.
