Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please provide with a copy of guidance and policies that
are provided to Community Schools and Local Authorities to ensure
behavioural standards within schools.
In particular what legal duties are placed upon Community Schools
and/or Local Authorities to ensure the safety and well being of
pupils, staff and visitors on school premises?
What sanctions are available to the DCSF to ensure that Community
Schools and Local Authorities comply with such legal duties?
Yours faithfully,
