Dear Mr Rudkin,

The information you have requested can be summarised as follows:
1. How much has Mapfield Properties paid to the City Council of the
£750,000 agreed for the purchase of land at Brook Street for their
Beetham Tower West development as reported in the Daily post on 29th May
20089.
If the above summary is incorrect or you wish to change any details, let
me know at the earliest opportunity.
