In your blog post

from 12th July 2010 with reference to the beebplayer you state:
"If on investigation we find that a company's service proposition
does not adhere to our standard licence terms and conditions, we
will take steps to remedy the issue."
Please provide me with the following:
What are the standard licence terms and conditions?
How did beebplayer not adhere to those terms & conditions?
How was the decision reached that beebplayer did not adhere to
these terms? I would like to see communication and facts to show
the non-compliance.
What other steps were considered before the decision to remove the
software was taken.
Is it possible for third party applications to adhere to these
t&c's?
