Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Hi there,

Please can you provide me with how much time and approximate cost
was spent obtaining legal advice for the forcing of the
discontinuation of the beebplayer application. I am interested in
figures in total from the beginning of January 2009.

As an additional request, please will you advise how many
emails/letters/communications were sent to the developer of the
application(dave Johnston) from January 2009 and the dates of
these.
