Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Severn Trent Plc should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Will You please send me details of any works that have been
carried out in the past two years to the rivers and waterways in
the vicinity of Croft Pool and Delamere road, Bedworth,
WARWICKSHIRE and any relevent risk assessments that were carried
out relating to these works.Also can you please let me know what
your engineers had planned in the event of the stretch of water
between the A444 CULVERT and CROFT POOL CULVERT overflowing into
the trench at the bottom of the A444 EMBANKMENT that leads to the
bottom of 67 DELAMERE ROAD and then into Delamere Road.
