Dear Poole Borough Council,
As a beach hut tenant I am concerned about your plans to grant
only 5 & 10 year leases, so I would be grateful if you would supply
the following information:
1. How many beach huts are reserved for short term rental?
2. What is the occupancy rate for these huts?
3. What is the income received from them?
4. What would the income be if these were let to Poole residents on
annual leases?
Yours faithfully,
Peter Alcock
