Well, rough overview of some of the byelaws provided, but not the actual legal wording of the byelaws... will be asking for more as its impossible to know what constitutes an offence from what they have sent me

And, to be fair, details are also available on BHCC's website.
But the signage on the beaches seems to bear little relation to the byelaws!
No surprise there then.
