BBC must restore public confidence and prove they have not broken the royal charter.

john made this Freedom of Information request to British Broadcasting Corporation

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

From: john

4 November 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please be aware the responses you post will be widely seen all
around the UK.

Could you please provide the British public with proof you have not
broke the charter with biased views and EU funding to broadcast EU
propaganda.

It being apparent to me the BBC refuse to answer a lot of FOI's and
server section 3 notices to person(s) who make the request witch in
turn would say you would rather hide the truth than admit your in
breach of the charter

Also could you provide me with all the information relating to
Scotland yards investigation

Yours faithfully,

john

Dear John

Thank you for your email, repeated below.

As you may know, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the Act"),
a person may request any information 'held' in any recorded form by a
public authority (or held by another on behalf of a public authority).

However, if the requester is asking for an opinion on an issue or asking
that information be created that is not already held, this is not a
Freedom of Information Act request.

If you would like to clarify your request for recorded information,
please do not hesitate to email us at [email address] Please note our
department only deals with Freedom of Information and Data Protection
Act related issues, and cannot respond to programme complaints.

I am sorry we have not been able to help you on this occasion.

Kind regards

To be honest, you didn't request anything as such, you were requesting them to prove something to you, which isn't covered under the Freedom of Information Act. Try to be more specific in what you are asking, or even better request information that proves they have breached it, and then pursue it in that way.

Hope this helps.

Chris
