Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Could you tell me of any licensing restrictions on BBC Local Radio
stations DAB transmissions.
Specifically, when BBC Local Radio stations split AM and FM
frequencies, for example to allow coverage of sporting events, do
their licenses allow them to choose which service (AM or FM) to
relay on DAB, or are they limited to always relaying one particular
feed.
Yours faithfully,
James West
