Text of the response:
Dear Mr Walker,
Request for Information - RFI20080919
Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”) received on 25 August 2008 seeking the following information:
‘What percentage of the BBC Licence Tax is spent by BBC employees on illegal drugs?’
The BBC has a zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and no income from the TV Licence fee is spent on their purchase.
I hope this response satisfies your request.

QUOTE: -

is spent on "their purchase".
Reply, so they do admit they are purchased, but they do not pay the bill, is this correct?
Can we ask what type of drugs are the BBC taking and of what quality/grade if known?

I don't think any employers hold details of what their employees spend their wages on. I also can't see employees being able to put through expenses for 'illegal drugs' as I doubt their dealers give them receipts!
