Mr Young made this Freedom of Information request to British Broadcasting Corporation
Waiting for an internal review by British Broadcasting Corporation of their handling of this request.
From: Mr Young
17 March 2011
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Re: The Royal Charter of the BBC, & the Treason & Felony Act, 1848
Notice Before Action.
It has been brought to my attention that the Corporation has
received and is now receiving substantial amounts of funding from
the European Union, in breach of Charter Provisions, and that in
consequence of this very suspect arrangement the BBC is now reduced
to the function of providing both broadcasting & propaganda
facilities to a form of alien authority that fails to acknowledge
the Supreme Authority of the British Crown.
I must advise you that all such conduct serves to breach the
provisions of the Treason Act, 1351 with the further provisions of
the Treason & Felony Act, 1848.
In addition, I must advise that the Treason & Felony Act of 1848
provides that it is a Criminal Offence for Subjects of the Crown to
give aid or comfort to Traitors, and that this offence is
punishable by imprisonment for life.
I am concerned for my own position and I must ask you to cease and
desist from all treacherous conduct & financial arrangements,
without delay.
Unless I receive your written assurance that the Corporation will
issue an immediate public apology for all Treason committed thus
far, with your further guarantee that the Corporation will cease
and desist from all and any conduct that fails to maintain the
Supremacy of the British Crown, then I must give fair warning of my
intention to discontinue the payment of all such moneys as are now
being applied to the financial support of the BBC.
I look forward to receipt of your immediate response to this
present letter and I give notice that payments in support of the
BBC will be suspended, unless I receive a satisfactory response
within 14 days of this present date.
Any implied access to my property is withdrawn and If your
employees trespass you agree to pay double any claims against me.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Young

Dear Mr Young,
You have submitted the below to our Freedom of Information mailbox but
the below does not appear to be a request for recorded information under
the Act.
However I have provided a link to a previous FOI response on a related
matter and includes some information by way of responding to the claim
that the BBC has breached the Treason & Felony Act by accepting EU
funding:

Dear FOI Enquiries,
If I understand correctly:-
Your implying that the BBC will continue statute based theft while
breaking the very charter that authorises it.
As Capita are a LTD company a letter of removal of implied access
and schedule of fees for harassment should stop them.
Very disappointing

Dear Mr Young
Your email is entitled Internal Review. Could you please specify what
aspect of your response you would like us to review? An internal review is
intended to look at whether the BBC has complied with the Freedom of
Information Act in the way in which it has responded, for example, whether
the 20-working-day limit was met, or whether any exemptions were correctly
applied.
I note that you consider that the BBC is in breach of its charter and the
Treason Act, as you allege that the Corporation has received and is now
receiving substantial amounts of funding from the European Union, in
breach of Charter Provisions. Your response explained that the BBC does
not receive any loans from the EU. However, please note this allegation of
breach of charter / the Treason Act is not an issue that can be addressed
in the internal review, as it is not related to compliance with the
Freedom of Information Act.
Yours sincerely

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting
Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'BBC charter'.
[ "Under English Common Law (namely Article 61 of the Magna Carta -
1215) if a subject of the realm feels he/she is being governed
unjustly, then they have the right to enter into lawful rebellion.
Lawful rebellion allows quite simply for the following recourse:
Full refusal to pay any forms of tax, fines and any other forms of
monies to support and/or benefit said unlawful governance of this
country.
Full refusal to abide by any Law, Legislation or Statutory
Instrument invalidly put in place by said unlawful governance that
is in breach of the Constitutional safeguard.
To hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous
government of this land, who have breached the Constitutional
safeguard; defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful
hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article
61. ]

Dear Mr Young
As set out in my previous email, in order for us to carry out an internal
review of our response under the FOI Act to your request, you will need to
what aspect of your response you would like us to review. An internal
review is intended to look at whether a public body complied with the
Freedom of Information Act in the way in which it has responded, for
example, whether the 20-working-day limit was met, or whether any
exemptions were correctly applied. If you clarify what aspect of your
response you consider failed to comply with the requirements of the
Freedom of Information Act, we can conduct an internal review of this.
Yours sincerely

Dear FOI Enquiries,
Your claiming statute enforcement on individual while breaking
royal charter.
So I wish to point out
Magna Carta

1215 The Great Charter of English liberty Which can’t be repealed
by parliament statute article 61 LAWFUL REBELLION
1297 Act Of Parliament
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/aep/Edw1cc...
THE GREAT CHARTER OF THE LIBERTIES OF ENGLAND, AND OF THE LIBERTIES
OF THE FOREST; CONFIRMED BY KING EDWARD, IN THE TWENTY-FIFTH YEAR
OF HIS REIGN.
I Confirmation of Liberties.E+W
FIRST, We have granted to God, and by this our present Charter have
confirmed, for Us and our Heirs for ever, that the Church of
England shall be free, and shall have all her whole Rights and
Liberties inviolable. We have granted also, and given to all the
Freemen of our Realm, for Us and our Heirs for ever, these
Liberties under-written, to have and to hold to them and their
Heirs, of Us and our Heirs for ever.
XXIX Imprisonment, &c. contrary to Law. Administration of
Justice.E+W
NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his
Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled,
or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor
[X1condemn him,] but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law
of the Land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to
any man either Justice or Right.
As you can see Magna Carta 1297 is still legal statute legislation

I find it really funny that Mr Young tries to use the FOI act to answer his questions, when he plainly doesn't believe that such 'contract' laws are valid. Does he care to explain the apparent discrepancy?
Secondly, I suggest he reads which part of the Magna Carta are still in legal force and then he will realise that his comments have no legal basis.

You got the WORD Correct.... LEGAL which is NOT LAWFUL. The LAW has not changed and has been proven in a Peoples Court where a Judge was arrested for Treason in Birkenhead (youtube the truth before the government has it removed AGAIN) oh yes the people are waking up and nothing is going to stop them because it is THE LAW, you can't redefine a dictionary word in Blacks Law 8th edition and change LAW, a PERSON is a FICTION (Persona) and a human has the right not to stand under the Fiction ... FACT - EVERYONE .... YOU are NOT your NAME, its all an illusion and the Crown has systematically tried to remove your rights but you don't have to contract under your Fiction NAME as it is Crown copyright http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsVc5Pg0rmw

For "People's court" read "Mob" and "Proven" read "From which the judge was rescued by the police".

Person
An entity with legal rights and existence including the ability to sue and be sued, to sign contracts, to receive gifts, to appear in court either by themselves or by lawyer and, generally, other powers incidental to the full expression of the entity in law. Individuals are "persons" in law unless they are minors or under some kind of other disability, such as a court finding of mental incapacity.
Many laws give certain powers to "persons" which, in almost all instances, includes business organisations that have been formally registered such as partnerships, corporations or associations.
Under American slave law which was based on English law at the time a slave was a rational human being, but not a person.
They became a person when they had committed a crime.
A company can be a person as defined in law dictionary's.
So if a person as defined in law can be a non living legal fiction and historically rational human beings could be non persons-it quite clearly shows that a person is a corporation or work of legal fiction.
By refusing to be one of the same, it is like writing to "the occupier" another work of legal fiction.
Nowhere are you ever called or recorded as "the occupier" it is an implied legal fiction which requires someone stupid enough to contract on behalf of a complete fiction.
